Getting Ready

We (I should really say Rick) spent the better part of last weekend getting ready for hard wood floors to be installed while we are away this week. There was so much to be done it was ridiculous. Emily just entertained herself in any spot she could. We did take a trip to Target to get her a project and she chose a new set of Legos, and then spent the afternoon assembling them!

Night Skiing

Last Friday we went night skiing for the first time ever. It was not too cold so it was actually fun!

February 14

Emily and her classmates has a Valentine Party last Thursday. They had pizza for lunch, cookies to decorate, and cards to pass out. 

23 Years and 100 Days

On Monday Emily and her class celebrated their 100th day of school. Rick sewed 100 buttons on her shirt to help celebrate the day! She also brought a photo of Ricky with his 100 button shirt from almost 23 years ago!

 

Now We Are Talking!!!!!!

I begrudgingly purchased show shoes a few weeks ago, mostly because a lot of our friends have them. Today was the first time we used them and I have to admit, it was really fun!!

Emily has found her speed on the ice, and jumps too!

Fashion Designer?

Emily has been hard at work designing fashions out of felt. Her specialty is holiday outfits but anything is quite a work of art.
