More Attitash Fun

Emily skied very well at Attitash, which is a MUCH harder mountain than Pats Peak. She skied the entire mountain, and even passed me a few times! She is very confident on her skis, to the point where I am getting nervous watching her go so fast.

Attitash!

After a long three year hiatus, we went back to Chateau Paradise, at Attitash, this weekend. As usual we had a great time! Emily and (baby) Cam had a great time playing together and we all had excellent conditions for skiing!

Building a fort and drawing were the highlights for the kids

Keep Calm and Let it Snow

We are lucky enough to have Grammy here with us on this glorious snow day. We watched the Olympic Skating all day and then we all worked very hard to shovel the entire rink. Emily couldn't decide if she wanted to figure skate or speed skate.

P O W D E R D A Y !!!

I have had many powder days over the years in places such as Chamonix, Jackson Hole, and Alta.   Today, at Pats Peak, was one of the most memorable.  Emily and I (and our pals) skied our hearts out in at least 8 inches of powder. I loved it, Emily loved it, and I could not have been happier!

Celebrating the Currier Art Center

In the fall Emily took a class, at the Currier Art Center, called drawing for kids. The teacher kept two of her drawings to put in an exhibit at the Currier Museum. This exhibit is in honor of 75 years of art at the Currier Art Center.  The exhibit had many art works done my children and they were all displayed beautifully! Emily was proud and loved seeing her art work on display.
