Steamboat!!

We had an amazing vacation in Steamboat Springs, Colorado! Our first 24 hours was filled with acrobatics on the trampoline and skiing while it was snowing (a first this year) 

The mountain is huge! and has a lot of tree skiing, which the girls LOVED!

Bluebird Days

If I can't have powder days then a bluebird day is a close second. We had all 3 days of blue skies and full sun in Utah. Spectacular scenery! 

Skiing All Terrain

Emily skied her heart out in Utah. She skied anything I asked her to. She could have said "no, too steep" or "No, too bumpy" but she didn't. She rocked 3 BIG mountains!

The 3 of Us

This winter has been less than ideal in the snow department, to say the least. We decided to take a quick trip to Utah to get some good skiing in, and with the help of Southwest and Holiday Inn Points the airfare and lodging were free! We skied Solitude, Snowbasin, and Snowbird and loved every minute of every day. Emily, and I hate to say this, is an amazing skier. For as timid as she is in general, she does not have any fear on the slopes. She skied all over every mountain, including black diamonds!
