Michelle Obama came to Manchester last week and Emily was lucky enough to be able to attend the event. She gave a very powerful speech and Emily loved every minute! I wish I was able to attend!

Grandpa's Brithday
On October 1 Roger turned 80! We had a nice party for him and we were lucky enough to have the girls over night as well!!!

Student of the Month
Webster School has a new principal (not pictured) and she has brought back Student of the Month to our school. Emily was awarded this for September for ...wait for it...gym. She was quite pleased with this because she was the ONLY recipient for all of the 3rd - 5th grades.
And by the way, it was Hat Day, which explains the panda hat.
