Spinning and Walking!

Emily has been enjoying all of her birthday gifts! Here are a few examples....

We celebrated Emily's third birthday yesterday with a party at our house. The weather actually was wonderful and Emily was totally into the entire experience. She was excited about the balloons and having a cake.....until she saw all the presents arrive! I can't believe my girl is almost 3..... scary how the time flies....

Can you tell me how to get......

After playing tennis with Emily I really thought her coordination was very good....this all came to an abrupt halt after watching her try to hopscotch on Sesame Street...and I can't even mention the dancing.....enjoy!

Fun on Sesame Street

We spent the last two days at Sesame Place in Philadelphia. Last year Emily loved the pools, fountains, and the merry-go-round... and was scared of the characters. This year she liked the other stuff but LOVED the characters. We spent most of our days going to see them, watching the parade (3 times) and the shows (4 times).

She truly loved all of the characters, gave them all hugs and showed them all her new Abby Cadabby wand!

She was not really sure of this lazy river, she just wanted to swim in the water all by herself!

My friend Rich brought is 6 month old daughter over the other day so we could meet her. Emily loved having a baby in the house and she enjoyed "helping" to take care of her and of course holding her as well!

Tennis Anyone?

We have been playing tennis inside the house for a while now but today was our first day outside, and the first day we hit a real tennis ball! Emily loved it! She hit many more than she missed, 4 out of 5 anyway! She also put the balls up her skirt "just like the big girls!"
