Emily and I went to Jen's YMCA Camp Coniston last week for our annual riding lesson and dinner. Emily rode a new horse this year, Daisy, and she loved every minute. She was able to trot, weave in and out of cones, and just learn about riding a horse. Although Emily is better with animals now, it never ceases to amaze me that she would always get on a horse but every other animal would leave her paralyzed with fear.
After her lesson we had dinner in the dining hall, where there was singing and dancing, and then a singer for evening activity.
All in all it was a great afternoon!
